!VoyEmail v1.00 (2nd Mar 2006)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Purpose:
~~~~~~~~
To enable and disable users in Voyager Posty.

NOTE:
This application is ONLY required if you use Posty.
You DO NOT need this application if you are using an alternative
email client, such as Pluto or Messenger.

WARNING:
No confirmation is provided, so as soon as you click on 'Enable'
or 'Disable' the relevant user will immediately be enabled or
disabled. Make sure you know what you're doing before using this
application.

You use this utility at your own risk!

Instructions:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Please read the disclaimer below before continuing.
Use of VoyEmail is quite simple. Just enter an email address into
the writable icon in the main window. Once you've entered an email
address, simply click the enable or disable button, depending on
the action you wish to perform.
Enabling users:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you enable a user, VoyEmail will create a dummy email and
insert it into Voyager's incoming mail queue. Next time you load
Posty, a new user will automatically be added.

Disabling users:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you disable a user, a red 'X' will appear next to it, next time
you load Posty. Any user flagged in this way can be deleted by
selecting the 'Delete User' option from the Posty Menu (click the
middle mouse button over the user in question).
Note: You may want to ensure that you've read or copied any emails
to the user you're about to delete, before you disable a user.
Once you've disabled and deleted a user you cannot undo it.
If you subsequently want to re-enable a user, click on the 'Enable'
option.
DO NOT delete the last or only user in Posty, or it will generate
an error and Posty will refuse to load. If this happens, see the
'Problems' section below.
Disclaimer:
~~~~~~~~~~~
We accept no responsibility for any loss of data or corruption
of your !Voyager software whilst using !VoyEmail.
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure that enabling and
disabling email users goes as smoothly as possibly, errors can
occur because it's impossible to predict every possible
individual configuration scenario. We advise making a backup
of any important files, including your original !Voyager before
you continue.
By using this application, the user accepts responsibility for
any loss or corruption of data or program files.

Read these instructions carefully before you start.
It will be harder for us to provide technical assistance if you've
not followed the instructions correctly!

Problems:
~~~~~~~~~
What happens if you accidentally delete the last or only user?
	Posty will refuse to load, giving a 'file open' or 'end of
	file' error. You won't be able to use Posty until you've
	reset the users file within !PostyUser.
	Manually open !Voyager.Apps.Mail.!PostyUser and delete the
	file called "Users". If you get a 'file open' error you
	should close the file, either using a utility such as
	!CloseFiles (http://www.vigay.com/software/) or shutdown
	and reboot the computer.
	Once you have deleted !Voyager.Apps.Mail.!PostyUser.Users
	you should immediately load Posty, which will automatically
	re-create your primary user account. You should then be able
	to continue using !VoyEmail, as before.
